Muffins with cherry jam
Your attention now offer muffins with cherry filling, tender, flavorful, with a light crispy crust. For the filling you can use different jams (raspberry, apricot, agility). Delicious muffins for tea or a Cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Jam

    100 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Corn flour

    70 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt.

While continuing to whisk, add the margarine.

The semolina mix with cornmeal and baking powder.

Muffin tin greased with butter, not silicone grease. In molds put 1 tbsp of dough, top with incomplete a teaspoon of jam, on top of the dough again.

4 piece fill paper bake cups. Tins filled 3/4 full.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes until dry kindling (focus on your oven). Cool on a wire rack.
