Millet fritters with sweet peppers
Offer to make pancakes from millet flakes, peppers and onions. The recipe I found on the German cooking website (cooked pancakes with a few changes). They are served with cottage cheese mixed with sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    120 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    0.2 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Green onions

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking these pancakes, I used millet flakes of TM "Mistral".

Flakes pour hot water, cover with lid, leave for about 5-10 minutes. The cover is removed, give porridge to cool.

Finely chop onion and sweet pepper (bell pepper cleaned of seeds and peduncles).

To the cooled millet porridge add onions, sweet pepper, eggs, salt and ground black pepper to taste, paprika. The mass is well mixed.

Cast iron skillet is well heated, turn the fire.

Fry pancakes with two sides in vegetable oil over medium heat.

To prepare cottage cheese pancakes-sour cream a lot - a little beat with a mixer cheese, sour cream, salt to taste. Serve pancakes with cottage cheese, sprinkled with chopped green onions. Bon appétit!
