Cooking
Slice the pork into "medallions", repel, salt, sprinkle with seasoning.
Beat egg with warm milk.
Add the mashed potatoes. Do not overdo it! Pour slowly, giving mashed potatoes to swell. Should be on density as sour cream.
Put the meat pieces in the batter, mix well to distribute the batter in pieces.
Fry in a well heated pan, very quickly with 2 sides.
Garnishes tomato. To the table!
