Turkey salad with broccoli and funchoza
The salad can be eaten hot or cold. Turkey meat completely replaced by chicken. Cooked very simply and quickly, and the dish comes out light and at the same time nutritionally adequate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Beans

  • Vegetable oil

Funchoza pour boiling water, to insist 10 minutes, drain the water, and funchoza rinse with cold water; to postpone.

Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences; the beans trim the ends and cut it into 2-3 pieces. Boil together for about 5 minutes in boiling water.

A well-heated wok, pot or pan with high sides; add vegetable oil; put small pieces of Turkey and fry, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes, until Golden brown; add the nuts, chopped garlic, peremeshaem.

Add broccoli, beans, chopped leek and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly; add soy sauce or sauce for "Voka".

Mix with funchoza and remove from heat.
