Mix flour, sugar, margarine (room temperature) into crumbs. Add the egg yolks and slaked soda.
Knead the dough, the flour may need more or less. It turns out that is soft, elastic, pliable dough.
Pour the candied fruit on a work surface and mix up them into the dough.
Send the dough in the bag and in the fridge for 1 hour, you can prepare the dough the night before.
