I've been trying to bake this bread. But the beer was not, then the sour milk. And today it formed Stars, I had all the ingredients for bread. The bread turned out porous, fragrant (with a thin aroma of hops and honey), even a well-cut and does not crumble. It really reminded me of the old Soviet times, when I was in Lithuania and eating this bread...
