I got a recipe of vegetable lasagna out of a magazine. I slightly "adjusted" the tastes of my family. Turned out fragrant and delicious dish that was eaten in just a few minutes!
Ingredients

Cooking
Parse forks young cabbage, proverjaem leaves a few minutes in boiling water (until soft).
Grate carrot, chop parsley.
Cooled cabbage leaves, minced potseluem.
On the bottom of baking tray with sides, pour a little oil, grease, spread a third of the cabbage leaves - the bottom layer of lasagna.
Cabbage, put the stuffing, greens, carrots
Pour a layer of vegetables with sour cream, add a little tomato sauce. Repeat the layers twice more, in principle, all depends on the size of cabbage :-)
Grease the top of the casserole with sour cream and place in a hot oven on a medium heat. In my cooking and baking of the meat took about 45 minutes.
The scent is throughout the house stunning!!! The family Council it was decided to eat this delicious immediately!!!
