Cooking
Boil the beans in salted water before cooking. That is, it should be very soft. I have a variety that are very quickly cooked, and does not require soaking. Two hours seethe very well.
When the beans are almost ready, put to boil the potatoes. Salt - to taste.
Broccoli, cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
Peanuts fry on a dry pan. This is the case if it's raw. You can take a bag of peanuts ready.
Onion, cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil.
Tomato paste and a little water. Salt and pepper to taste.
With beans drain almost all the fluid (at the time, in some capacity). Blend in a blender. If it seems very dry, add a little liquid.
Mash the potatoes, leaving a little liquid.
Broccoli liquid to drain and to blend.
Slightly less than half of the potatoes, add to broccoli.
To the beans add the peeled peanuts, chopped garlic, chopped fresh herbs (parsley and dill). To the potatoes, add the chopped green onions. Also chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill and onion), add to Tuscany vegetables.
Of the three masses, roll into balls. Put them in a form the first layer.
Next, a layer of stewed vegetables.
And, again, balls. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for about 15-20 minutes.
