Buckwheat-Sloane baked
Wonderful meatless dish!!! Delicious, flavorful, and... just super! Thanks to the contest "Fast from Moulinex", or is unlikely to be this tasty dish was on our table.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Puree tomato

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook crumbly buckwheat.

Separately fry in vegetable oil onion, roughly chopped.

Peeled and washed mushrooms cut into slices, add salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil.

Then add a little water and simmer until tender, before the end of stewing adding the tomato puree.

Finished porridge put in a ramekin,

on it place a layer of onions, then again buckwheat, on it a layer of mushrooms, etc.

The last layer should be the mushrooms.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Serve porridge with mushrooms, sprinkled with the chopped parsley. Bon appetit!!!
