Pork ribs
Early in my family never really took ribs. But after znakomtva husband and I realized we lost a lot, because pozeranie in sour cream with onions, they become so soft that the bones apart, and about the taste... Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.2 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

So, take a plate of ribs and thoroughly wash it.

Cut the ribs along the bones into serving pieces and spread on a heated pan, lightly oiled. Finely chop the onion and send to the meat (this time I forgot, but in the original - when my husband cooks - he exists necessarily).

Fry the chops on both sides until Golden brown.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper them.

Put on top of the sour cream and cover the pan with a lid. Periodically turn the pieces from one side to the other. Readiness check knife - it should be easy to get in and out of meat.
