Warm salad with
Delicious, fast, easy. For lovers of Asian cuisine. Tasty and warm and cold, I don't know for sure it's a salad or hot dish, but I do know that many like it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Green onions

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Zucchini cut cube, tomato half, in the 1st. l sunflower oil to fry on high heat until Golden brown. If you take fresh ginger, then slice it thin cubes like the carrots in Korean or thin layers with a slicer and cook with all vegetables. I love when the vegetables crispy. Set aside vegetables and in the same pan cook the chicken.

Chicken fillet cut thin strips across the grain, add the second tablespoon of oil and fry over high heat 4-5 minutes until Golden brown.

Add fillets to vegetables, sauces, razdelyaet or grate the garlic cloves, the honey, mix well and cook stirring constantly about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with hot pepper and dry ginger.

Serve, sprinkled with green onions. Of course, better if it was the shallots. In my opinion this dish perfectly complement or chopped cashew nuts or sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
