The recipe for these buns was posted by a user Анна20 in 2007, and was illustrated by me in the framework of "Coloring". Very tasty and unusual rolls. The dough is prepared without problems and is air. Suitable for those fasting.

Cooking
Boiled beets grind using a blender.
In a container pour 1 Cup of warm water, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 packet of yeast (11 g.), stir and let stand for about 5 minutes so that the yeast a little approached.
Now stir in the beets, vegetable oil and flour.
Knead the dough, but don't score.
Leave it for 40 minutes cover with a cloth (to come).
Baking tray lay a baking paper. Coat hands with vegetable oil to form balls and leave to increase in volume.
Now, optionally, it is possible to grease with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for 20 minutes.
