Cupcake is always available, fast and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Starch

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Candied

    100 g

Beat eggs with sugar (if desired you can add vanilla), add the butter and sour cream, whisk until smooth.

Add flour, starch and baking powder. Pour in the brandy, stir, the dough consistency like thick cream.

Cut chocolate, candied fruits, dried fruits, pour them into the dough, stir.

Spread the batter in a form (I have silicone, so I did not grease, plain grease), put in preheated oven, bake at 170 deg. about 40 minutes (depending on oven).

Take out, remove from the mold and cut. If desired, you can sprinkle sugar powder.
