Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Basil

    3 sprig

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Vegetables (except tomatoes) cut into strips.

Fry in vegetable oil. Not fried, but only lightly fried.

Pour the cream, stir, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer 5-7 minutes (to be semi-solid) with the lid closed.

Add chopped tomatoes and green onions.

Season with salt to taste, add pepper, coriander, stir and simmer for another 3-5 minutes with the lid closed, without increasing the fire.

Add chopped Basil, garlic and dill. Bring to boil and turn the heat off.
