Mashed potatoes with herbs
Potatoes is never too much! She's always helping us out! And all I confess, personally I love mashed potatoes! In the recipe, my friends, will depart from tradition.. Juicy want to offer to yourself! Garlic will entice to themselves the flavor! For experiments I see no obstacles!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Green onions

    0.3 coup

Boil potatoes until tender (in salted water), drain the water, make mashed potatoes.

To prepare the sauce - dressing: mix olive oil, mustard, add the lemon juice, garlic (through the press). All beat well until smooth.

Add the sauce into the hot mashed potatoes and mix well.

Serve hot, sprinkled with green onions. Dear friends, we are all accustomed to traditional mashed potatoes, I really hope that this option will not seem less interesting. Puree turns out juicy and flavorful, well suited for fish and meat and poultry.
