Chop liver
I suggest you make outrageously simple dish from the liver. But to break away will not be able, guaranteed. Cook it for a long time and with buckwheat tastes better checked.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

The liver cut into slices 1 cm thick and the size of a cue ball is small.
