Meringue roulade with cherries
Simply divine, niinimaki, just melting in your mouth... Try a slice and you will find yourself in seventh heaven of pleasure....

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Liqueur

    4 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 160° C. Vystelit baking paper.

Nuts grind (but not too finely, so that felt pieces).

Beat the whites, adding a spoon of sugar, until peaks. At the end add the vinegar. Spread on a baking sheet proteins and sprinkle them with nuts.

Bake for 20 minutes. Proteins in the baking process is very rise. But that doesn't bother us. Cool the meringues on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Spread out a clean towel, sprinkle with sugar and turn the cake on it. Remove the parchment paper which is baked in the cake.

Whip the cream with sugar. Melt the chocolate and carefully stir in the cream. Spread the filling on the cake, flatten and sprinkle with cherries. With a towel rolled into a roll.
