Meatballs, baked with cauliflower in soy-ginger sauce with berries of barberry - incredible flavor and tenderness! Excellent and as a separate dish or in combination with your favourite side dish!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Flour

    10 g

  • A mixture of spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.333 tsp

  • Barberry

    1 tsp

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

    1 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Cooking
