Sweet Lenten pie
For tea I want something sweet and hearty, and during lent especially. In order not to violate the rules of fasting and delicious to eat, offer to cook a delicious sweet cake with any jam, you can use grated apples with sugar and cinnamon, jam, dried fruits. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

  • Prunes

  • Dried apricots

  • Jam

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a Cup of sifted flour. Into the flour add dry yeast, sugar, and vanilla, and stir them with a spoon.

Pour in the flour vegetable oil.

Add sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Now pour flour in warm water and start kneading the dough.

Put the dough in a bowl, greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place.

An hour and a half, when the dough is good, obtinem it and formed a ball. Allow to rise again.

Then divide the dough into two halves. Each half of the rolled layer.

Prepare the filling for the pie: in a bowl, mix the chopped prunes and dried apricots, and add sugar and jam (I had Apple).

Spread the crust with the prepared stuffing.

Pretty tight turn and roll.

Then transplanted the rolls with each other.

The shape of diameter 24 cm grease with vegetable oil and put the rolls in the form of a ring.

Form cover with plastic wrap and give the cake as it should be approached. It will take 20-30 minutes.

Pie bake it in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, about 40-35 minutes. (Baking time depends on your oven). The finished cake remove from the oven, grease with cooked icing from icing sugar and water, cover with a linen napkin. Cooled the cake you can optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut with a sharp knife and eat, washed down with delicious tea. Bon appetit!
