Cooking
A piece of the pumpkin to divide it into two equal parts. One part of the grate, the second cut into small dice.
Add the pumpkin, mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa and spices: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Gradually powdering the dry ingredients, gently knead the dough. The dough thicker than for pancakes, does not drip off the spoon.
Form for baking (diameter of my 20 cm) grease with vegetable oil, put the dough, flatten. Sent to be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes (readiness check with a wooden skewer). The finished pie take out, allow it to cool.
