Description
Found recently in my culinary book, neatly cut and folded the news paper (the handiwork of my mom - she's a frequent favorite recipes thus maintained). I have read everything on it was printed, and found the recipe for those rolls, which my mom still cooks and are eaten all at once for lunch! In General, the last soup we ate these crunchy flavorful scones!

Cooking
The cooking process does not describe a few photos (actually I made about 20 pictures...). Here I will describe the basic steps. Opara. In warm water add the yeast, 5 table. L. flour and sugar. Mix well. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Dough. Add to the yeast mixture, salt, one egg white and flour (gradually). With a spoon stir the mixture. Get a very sticky dough. On the table pour another 50 grams of flour. Now you need to knead a soft tight dough. Cover the bowl and leave on the table until the increase at least twice. For me, the process took 30 minutes.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Cut dill, grind garlic and mix with softened butter. Add salt to taste. Then add the egg yolk and again mix well. The stuffing is ready.
The dough came. Abenaim it a little and divide into 8 parts. Shape the meatballs. On a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil, place the balls, cover with foil and leave again until they increase in half to two times.
Make the rolls the deepening for the filling. Spread the filling.
Send bun in the oven. I cooked at 180C for about 20 minutes. But look at the oven! Buns should be nicely browned, but not burned! All! You can call the family to dinner!
