Roses with meat
Old recipe from the Soviet era. It seems dish has Georgian roots, but under this name appeared in our family for many years regularly preparing. Simple, tasty, and quite pretty looking dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Water

  • Salt

Pork chop medium-sized onion crumble.

In a saucepan, fry the meat in butter or olive oil over high heat.

When the juice ceases to stand out, add half of the onion and fry until transparent onion. Then pour hot boiled water and simmer over moderate heat for 30 minutes.

Flour, eggs, water, salt knead the dough, preferably softer than the dumplings. Divided into 3 parts, each part to unroll in a thin layer. On the layer put the onion and grate the frozen butter.

Cut the layers into strips of a width of 4-5 cm.

Roll the strips into rolls and close up one end.

The meat season with salt and pepper, to install "roses" and pour hot boiled water at least 2/3 of their height.
