Ratatouille
Easy vegetable dish. Sour-sweet, tomato taste. Will fit in a post.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    50 g

  • Ketchup

    30 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the vegetables.

Slice the zucchini and eggplant circles 5mm thick. season with salt and leave in pan for 10 min.

Garlic and onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil for 5 min.

Add to the pan shredded carrots and red sweet pepper. Cook for another 7-10 min.

To the vegetables add the tomato paste, ketchup and water. Put sugar, salt and spices to taste. I added homemade tomato filling 4 tbsp

The sauce is boiling, leave it.

Cut into slices 5mm thick. the potatoes and onions. Fry literally 1 min. for a small amount of oil zucchini, eggplant, potatoes and onions. Spread the vegetables on a napkin to absorb.

Put the sauce into a deep baking dish.

Cut into circles tomatoes. Alternating, put all the vegetables in the form. Cover with baking paper and put on 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. 5 minutes before end of cooking, you can remove the paper and turn on the grill, the dish is slightly browned on top. Optionally, sprinkle with grated cheese.

After 20 minutes, the dish is ready. Sprinkle with herbs and serve!
