Cooking
Shredded dry bean with root vegetables (celery, parsley, carrots). This also added dried parsley and dill.
Broccoli and pepper for the filling of the roll. Eggs and greens from the root vegetables into a puree.
Mashed potatoes are already salted. In it put the chopped beans, dried herbs and root vegetables. Added eggs, flour, starch and oil. Are well mixed.
The resulting mass, put on oiled parchment and ratravel. Put the stuffed pepper and broccoli. A little pepper ground black pepper.
Spun using the parchment roll and put on 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Roll turned rosy despite the fact that it was baked in parchment paper.
Roll I was served my men with a little flounder and stewed vegetables. Instead of a sauce used as a 20% cream.
