Potato roll with vegetables
Potato roll suitable as a side dish to meat, fish or as a separate dish. I made a loaf for a garnish for fish.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    700 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Greens

    3 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.75 piece

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Shredded dry bean with root vegetables (celery, parsley, carrots). This also added dried parsley and dill.
