Easter buns-an egg-holder
Offer to your attention a wonderful sweet rolls filled with poppy and raisins. You can use them as supports under the eggs, and also to give along with the Easter eggs to their relatives.

Firstly, we will prepare the dough. For this proseem the flour and mix with dry yeast TM SAF-moment.

In warm milk dissolve salt and sugar. Melt the butter and pour the milk. Add to milk-butter mixture gradually all the flour and knead soft elastic dough. Flatten the dough into a ball and put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 1.5 hours.

While suitable dough, prepare the filling. Raisins pour boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes. Then wash it with cool water. To drain the water.
