Meat loaf
Very tasty and spicy dish. Can be eaten hot or cold. Convenient to take along on a picnic, on the road. The recipe was borrowed from E. Chekalova, but were made my small changes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 cup

  • Rice flakes

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Ketchup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Black pepper

Meat them meat in the stuffing. The ratio of beef and pork I have in half.

In forcemeat add the grated grated potatoes, mustard, rice flakes - 0.5 cups, raisins, nuts and mix everything together thoroughly with your hands. Add the egg, salt, spices and pepper to taste. Mix everything again.

Prepare the filling. Rice flakes a little less than half a Cup of mix with grated cheese (I usually use leftover cheese from the fridge, it can be different varieties), lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir it carefully.

On the table, put a baking sheet (or baking dish) and put a piece of foil. Grease with vegetable oil a baking sheet and foil.

Divide the stuffing into two parts. One part spread on a baking sheet (form) in the form of large flat cakes. The second part in the form of the same burgers, but on the foil.

For a cutlet in the form (pan), spread the cheese filling. At the edges it is necessary to leave a distance of about 2 cm.

Then take the "koleinu" on the foil and carefully cover with "koleinu" in the form. Sealed edges to keep the stuffing during cooking does not leak.

Lubricates the meat on top of bread with vegetable oil (preferably olive) and put in a preheated 180*C oven for 40 minutes.

Take out after 40 minutes, our bread from oven and smear the top with ketchup. Put the bread in the oven and let it sit for another 5-7 minutes.
