Cooking
Rice wash, pour two cups of water, add salt and boil until soft. I boiled in the microwave for 20 minutes. The author suggested 3 cups of rice, I thought many (stuffing would be lost in the rice), replaced one. It was enough for dinner for four people.
Fillet cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped onions and fry.
Then the mushrooms (finely chopped), salt and pepper.
