Description
If you are in the store or on the market catches my eye fresh mint - don't pass it by! Once you prepare this sauce you will love it! It is an ancient Italian sauce. Bold, very bright taste! Ludmila (Beautiful woman) accurately commented on this sauce: "this combination is reminiscent of the Mediterranean. Warm olives entwined with the coolness of mint, the aroma of garlic and lemon, as well as contributed a touch of buttery avocado... and all this magnificence was enveloped in a flowing olive oil. Any fish under this tender, delicious sauce turns into a Symphony of taste!"

Cooking
Dip the fish slices in the batter: eggs, mix with flour, pour a little milk, salt, add black pepper and your favorite spices for the fish.
Fry the cod in a frying pan until Golden color.
Now comes the fun part - prepare sauce. Garlic, parsley leaves and mint puree them in a blender.
For chopped greens add green olives (I only had black olives, but too bad), avocado (you can substitute a tablespoon of softened butter), salt, olive oil, lemon juice (or any delicate vinegar).
