Potato gratin with herbs
I have a something that long and not troublesome... Simple but tasty zapiekanka perfect for Friday night dinner. And if friends called and said that half an hour will be too feed!

  • Sausage

  • Mayonnaise

  • Onion

  • Spices

Peel potatoes, cut it cubes, fairly large, not to be soared :-) Add to the potatoes your favorite overlay. I put the mixture for grilling, oregano, pepper, coriander powder. If necessary - add salt, I salt.
