Interesting dolma
An interesting variant of the Lenten dolma, but not from grape leaves. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Figure

    0.75 cup

  • Lettuce

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Boil until half-cooked separately, the rice and millet. Finely chopped onion fry in olive oil. Add grits, lemon juice, salt, spices. All mix well and remove from heat.

Select large lettuce leaves. Wash, put on 5 seconds in a pot of boiling water and immediately pull it out.

On the edge of the sheet put a tablespoon of filling and roll up like cabbage rolls.

So wrap all the dolma. On the bottom of the pan put lettuce or cabbage, put on top of the dolmades too tightly, sprinkling each layer with grated carrots. enliven water with diluted tomato paste and add salt.

Press the plate and cover with a lid. Leave to cook for 25-30 mins on medium heat.

Dolma is good both hot and cold.
