Phenol cake with mushrooms or
I love millet... and that made lunch such a cake... =)))TURNED out well, VERY tasty!!!!=))

Ingredients

  • Millet

    2 cup

  • Broth

    4 cup

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

Cooking

Wash the millet several times and drop into the boiling broth.Cook.Cool.

Finely chopped onion fry in butter.

Add the grated carrots.Fry.

Add the mushrooms.

Season with spices and salt and simmer(roast) 7 minutes...

Eggs, beat with a fork with the milk.

The millet added a mixture of eggs with milk.Stir.

In a greased form put the first layer of millet.

For wheat, the layer of mushrooms with vegetables and millet to the top again.

The surface lubricated with sour cream and put into the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
