So, cut our filet cubes. Tip: if the fillet slightly freeze, it will cut easier and the taste did not suffer
Heat the pan with vegetable oil and place the chicken. It would be very nice if you add spices. I took a ready-made spice mixture "For chicken". If there is no mixture, add turmeric (for color), ginger (to taste) and dried garlic (for flavor)
Fry chicken with spices over high heat for 5-7 minutes
Add two tablespoons of sour cream, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, stir, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and leave to simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
Chicken's ready. On the side suggest rice or buckwheat. Spread on top of chicken and sauce from the chicken poured over the garnish. Mmmm... Delicious!!!
