Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and fry for 2-3 minutes, a thin stream pour in the warmed milk and whisk the Masa with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Enter fennel seeds and lemon juice and boil the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick, 2-3 minutes. Add the parsley and season with salt (to taste) and pepper (optional).
Peel the potatoes skin, cut into thick slices and arrange on a platter. Lightly season with salt.
