Eggplant stuffed under a crispy crust
This is a great option for dinner in the country. Also this dish can be cooked as a snack. Prepares quickly enough, and the result will certainly please you. Crisp eggplant adds flavor.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

  • Soy sauce

Eggplant wash, dry and cut in half lengthwise. Gently cut the flesh. Pumps eggplant soak in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Make nakoly with a toothpick in several places.
