Very tasty pies with a crispy crust. Thin crust and lots of toppings!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Patty

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

In a large bowl mix sifted flour with sugar and salt, add water and oil and knead a soft elastic dough.

Fish sticks separately, fry in Rast. oil until done

Crab sticks to deploy, to lubricate, to taste sauce (ketchup), put one fish stick and roll

Prepared divide the dough into 12-14 equal parts. Each portion of the dough roll into a thin, almost transparent pellet (table sprinkle with flour is not necessary). On the long edge of the cakes put the crab sticks with filling and wrap it in dough (in the process of wrapping the sides of the pellet to bend on the stuffing).
