Light soup
I know that the site has 18 variants of this soup, but with this set of ingredients is not found, so, I hope that my version will not remove. The soup is thick, hearty and at the same time easy! Do not judge very strictly - this is my first recipe))) Bon appetit!!!

  • Basil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

My veggies. Potatoes, zucchini, carrots, pumpkin peeled. ALL the vegetables (the same + bell pepper, celery, tomatoes) cut into squares, but not miscible, with each other!

In a pan with 1.5 liters of boiling water put the diced potatoes. Then in a deep pan with heated olive oil begin to lay out the vegetables in the following order: carrots, pumpkin, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper. Do this: put carrots, fry for about a minute, added the pumpkin, fry for another minute - and so with all the vegetables.

In a pot of potatoes almost ready to ship the macaroni. Then add fried vegetables and beans without liquid. Salt, pepper, put the Basil, cook for another few (5-7) minutes, turn it off. The soup is ready!!! Can serve with sour cream, greens, but my husband and I eat nothing... help yourself!!!
