Very tender and delicious muffins with almonds and banana.

Cooking
Peel and mash the bananas, add sour cream, sugar and eggs. Beat mass.
In the resulting whipped mass, pour vegetable oil, stir.
Almonds or any nuts according to your taste chop not very finely.
In banana mixture add the flour, pudding, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
Then whisk until any lumps.
Fill muffin tins a little more than half. If necessary, pre-lubricated.
Bake at 180-190 gr. 25 minutes. But when baking, guided by your oven.
Soda and baking powder added on the advice of one of the cooks muffins didn't fall after cooling. Soda is not felt.
