Lentil soup
Since ancient times, dishes of lentils were used in the diet of many peoples. Her beans boiled soup and porridge, and flour from baked bread. And no wonder! Because it is very tasty and useful.

1. Soak the lentils. I picked red, but green

2. On the stove put the broth, bring to a boil. While the broth heated, grated carrot and roots of parsley and celery on a large grater. In the boiling broth add carrots.

3. Finely chop the onion and add to the broth. Allow to boil and add celery root and parsley.

4. While the soup is cooking, cut into small cubes the potatoes and pork. Add them to the soup. (If You cook the green lentils that you put into the soup together with the potatoes)

5. When the potato is almost ready, add to soup, lentils, garlic, pepper, add the rosemary and Basil (all the spices add to taste, why not say exactly how much). Let the lentils stand by and turn off the soup. 15-20 minutes it needs to stand. The soup looks very hearty and delicious! Bon appetit!!!
