Cheesecake-banana cake-jelly
For lovers of cheese and not only... Very easy, delicious and tender cake turns out. Will be delighted most of all, of course, children. This cake I made at Easter as Easter curd, gobbled up before our eyes.

Ingredients

    400 g

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Cream

Here are the necessary ingredients for our cake (forgot to put the biscuits, well, nothing terrible)

Bananas knead, mix with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat with a blender until smooth. I divided into two parts, as all in my blender did not fit.

Pour the gelatin 100ml water, give to swell (about 40-50 min)

Then put on fire and bring the gelatin until fully dissolved - do not boil.

Pour the dissolved gelatin in cottage cheese and stir.

To take a dome-shaped Cup and pour into it half of the cottage cheese and banana mass. On top lay a layer of biscuits.

On the layer of biscuits pour out the remainder and put another layer of cookies (this will be the base of the cake). Remove the Cup cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Before serving, remove the Cup, lower it to 10 seconds in a bowl of hot water and then carefully flip onto a plate.

From top to decorate whipped cream, but I didn't have cream and I decorated the jam. Can be melted chocolate, fruit, sour cream, sugar, who than like.
