Someone from childhood familiar delicate taste mixed sour cream dessert called "rainbow"...

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Sour cream

    450 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • The sugar syrup

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

1. Soak gelatin in milk, leave to swell for 30-40 minutes.

2. Sour cream mix with sugar and, stirring, heat to 70-80 degrees.

3. Enter prepared gelatin and continue heating, without bringing the mass to a boil.

4. The resulting mixture was split into 3 parts: first, add the fruit syrup; secondly, the cocoa powder; the third, the vanilla sugar.

5. Pour the cream into ramekins or bowl layers.

6. Refrigerate each layer for about 40-50 minutes in the refrigerator.
