Sticks of eggplant in corn breading
I looked yesterday with my husband, cooking gear and decided to make these sticks of eggplant. A great option if you have no time to cook, or don't want to stand long at the stove, but want a hearty meal. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Yogurt

The dish is very tasty, hearty, quick to prepare; low products and snack ready! We need 2 of these medium-sized eggplant.

Remove the eggplant skin, like mine, can whole clean as you want.

Put in pan and fill with boiling water, salt well. After boiling, cook under closed lid for 5 minutes.

The eggplant will be very soft. Cut each in half and then each half into 4 strips. Salt them again, if necessary.

In a separate bowl place flour, dip each stick on both sides.

In a pan heat oil and put our sticks. Fry until Golden brown on each side. Spread on a napkin, went to the excess oil. Then place on a dish and serve with yogurt or sour cream. Sprinkle black pepper as desired.
