Cheese balls with ham
Delicious, tender, savory cheese balls. Perfect for tea (and coffee), and as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    170 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Ham

    150 g

Oil grate.

Add the flour, grated on a fine grater cheese, paprika, and water (cold!!!). Knead the dough. The dough roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the ham into small cubes. Divide the dough into balls. Hands to stretch each ball in the middle to put the piece of ham.

Close the ham on all sides giving the test form of the ball.

Bake in preheated to 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
