Salad
Juicy, sweet and fragrant Dessert... salad on motives of Moroccan cuisine. The idea I peeped in the anniversary issue of the German magazine "Essen und trinken", which was selected the best recipes in 40 years of publishing the magazine.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cut peel from oranges. Take out the pulp. Pour the raisins a couple of tablespoons of orange juice harvested at the time of this ungrateful treatment.

Sauce: Stir sugar with cinnamon, salt, orange and lemon juice and vegetable oil. A carrot to chop. First the almonds and then the sesame seeds to bake in the pan without oil.

Slices of oranges, carrots and raisins, mix with sauce and put in the refrigerator to infuse for 15 minutes. Before serving add almonds and sesame seeds, mix well.
