I again to you with dates. They are very much friendly with pastries. Another proof in front of you. Dates to scroll through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Place in a saucepan, cover with water, put on fire and with a wooden spoon to continue to grind the dates (separate lumps that do not crumble and do not RUB, do not be concerned about.)
Bring mixture to a boil, add soda and quickly stir with a wooden spoon (don't worry, the weight will immediately rise to the brim of the pan!) and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
While date mixture is returned to your limits in a saucepan, with a mixer beat the butter with the sugar. One by one add the eggs, beating well after each addition.
Sift the flour with a pinch of salt and gently combine with the butter-egg mixture. Pour in date mixture, stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins, filling them 3/4 full, and send in a pre-heated 175 degree oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done: toothpick comes out of center dry, but with moist crumbs. From this quantity of products, there are about 12 pieces.
