Very tasty, reminiscent of the famous cake "Potato". Cook quickly and easily.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Cognac
2 Tbsp

Cocoa powder
2.5 Tbsp

Bread crumbs
5 Tbsp

Flour
0.5 cup
Cooking
Oil whisk with sugar.
Add one egg yolks (2 PCs.), brandy and cocoa
Dry ingredients (i.e. flour, starch, bread crumbs) mix and combine with beaten egg mixture.
Whisk the egg whites in a solid foam.
Beaten egg whites gently mixed with the dough. It turns out that's consistency.
Immediately spread the batter in a greased form and bake in a moderately hot oven for 45-50 min.
The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
