Description
It is quite an old recipe taken from a book issued under "the Polish gentry". This pie is still often served in the "tsukernya". You can try and feel like a real "lady".

Cooking
Of all the ingredients knead the dough. Shake the cake and put in the mold. Prick the dough with a fork and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven (200 degrees).
Apples peel (I was lazy) and grate on a coarse grater. Add 50 g sugar, butter, water and cook on small fire. It is necessary to stir so it doesn't stick.
Nuts fry in a pan and grind. Add to apples. Whisk whites with 100-150 g of sugar in a thick foam. Placed on the cake with a filling of apples.
