Description
We have in there is a pastry shop "Rostovchanka" I always buy there cookies of one kind (I loved it). And then they stopped to cook, for some inexplicable reason. My chagrin there was no limit... But through trial and error I managed to make the most something similar. Cookies soft, luscious lemon and honey. I even have two option (need to experiment!) one classic and the second is my invention with bitter chocolate and pineapple.

Cooking
Eggs with sugar beat with a mixer. Add a small pinch of salt.
Add the butter at room temperature. Not melted!!!
and soda repaid in lemon juice.
Remove the zest from one lemon and add to the dough.
Add the sifted flour. The dough should be like thick cream.
Protiven grease with butter.
I planted a cookie from the syringe, but as it turned out, it was in vain, as it still broke. In the original version of the cookie it was in the form of small nuts. I suspect that they used the forms. But the result is not affected by the fact that my cookies turned out different. Will be more work to do!
While cookies baked in a preheated 180 degree oven (about 15-20 minutes), do the impregnation. To do this, mix the remaining lemon juice and honey.
The cookies need to be completely dipped in honey-lemon syrup.
Half of the cookie I left in this form, and the other half coated with melted in a water bath dark chocolate and decorated with a slice of pineapple.
