A simple salad with an unusual in my opinion sauce. But tasty, Oberau.

Cooking
Salad, it is still called Rapunzel, to touch. Remove the roots and rinse.
Tomatoes cut in half and dipped in sugar.
1 tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan, and fry the tomatoes with the sugar side.
For the sauce: wine vinegar and 6 tablespoons water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add cheese, 5 tbsp oil and honey. Mix well and cool. Salt.
Salad put in a salad bowl, put tomatoes and pour all the sauce. Uuuuuummmm...
