Cooking
In warm milk stir the yeast.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, melted butter, egg and milk with yeast. Mix well.
Add crushed pork rinds into a blender. Knead the dough, cover with a napkin and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Boiled potatoes peel and mash well with a fork or RUB on a coarse grater.
Add ground pork rinds, garlic (passed through a garlic press), salt and sweet paprika. Knead well.
After 30 minutes spread the dough on a floured cutting Board. Roll into a rectangle. To put 1/3 of the filling. Flatten with a knife.
Fold the dough envelope and leave to go 15 minutes. Be sure to cover with a towel.
This procedure to be done two more times. Each time dough is rolled with a filling, folding the envelope and 15 minutes of proofing. Ready roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips.
Then into small squares. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 25 minutes.
Fragrant, odorous Pohaci ready!
