Yeast rolls with vegetable stuffing
Even in the post you can cook delicious cakes. The filling is very tasty, juicy and tender. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms coarsely chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil until almost cooked.

Add the chopped green onions.

Add the chopped carrots in Korean, boiled rice, soy sauce, herbs, salt and pepper. Warm up and minute.

The sauce I used TM KIKKOMAN.

Lean yeast dough to press down. Roll out to a thickness of approximately 0,5-0,7 cm. Divided by lepeshechki.

On the edge put a bit of filling. Fold rolls.

Put in a baking dish, optionally lubricated with sweet tea and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I smeared half tea and half left so. Bake at 180C, until Golden color - about 20-25 minutes.
